The terms will be automatically applicable after the user starts using the application or downloads the application.

Copying or modifying the application, or any part of it, including but not limited to our trademarked and copyrighted materials, any attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or anything else that implies the copying or modification of the product, is strictly prohibited.

The application, trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it belong to Logic Innovates Private Limited. Logic Innovates is committed to ensuring that the application is as useful and efficient as possible, and for that purpose, it reserves the right to make changes to the application or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason.

The user will not be charged or asked to pay for the application and its services without clarifying the functionality and purpose of the application.

The application stores and processes personal data provided by the users to facilitate our service to them.

The user of the application is responsible for keeping the phone or access to the application through any other device or other means secure. Anyone who uses the application must not jailbreak or root their device, which implies the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of any device. The application would not be able to perform as it is intended to if any action of the user compromises the security of their device or introduces malware, viruses, or malicious programs into their device.

The app uses third-party services that declare their terms and policies. Currently, Google Play Services and payment gateways are third-party services. The company reserves the right to add, remove, or exclude any third-party services at their sole discretion.

Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. Logic Innovates shall not take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if anyone using the application does not have access to Wi-Fi or an effective network. Anyone who uses the application shall be assumed to have accepted responsibility for any charges incurred on the network or services provided by the third party.

Logic Innovates shall not be responsible if someone is unable to use the app due to network, technical, or device-related (including but not limited to device compatibility) issues at their end.

Logic Innovates ensures that the application is updated and correct at all times, and it relies on third parties to facilitate the use of the application. Logic Innovates is not liable for any loss, direct or indirect, as a result of relying completely on the functionality of this application.

The application can be updated, and new features may be included in the later version. Likewise, the features that are currently available may be partially or completely removed at the sole discretion of Logic Innovates. The application is currently available on Android, and the system requirements are subject to change.

The user has to download any further updates to continue using the application. Logic Innovates may also revoke or terminate the use of the application at any time, due to any reason, without giving notice of termination to the user. When Logic Innovates opts to let the user be aware of the termination or revocation, (a) the rights granted to the user in these terms will end; (b) the user must stop using the application altogether.

Terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time only at the company's sole discretion. Thus, the user is advised to review this page for any changes. The company will not be liable for any loss or mishap due to the user not being aware of the changes made in the terms and conditions.
